Welcome to Visions Reiki. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, Reiki sessions, programs, memberships, courses, and other offerings. By accessing our website, booking a session, purchasing a service, joining a membership, or participating in any Visions Reiki program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. When you book a session or join the membership, you will be asked to confirm your agreement by checking a box.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Visions Reiki

Visions Reiki provides Reiki and related wellness services intended to support relaxation, personal reflection, spiritual wellness, and complementary wellbeing. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, medical condition, or mental health condition. Reiki should not be considered a replacement for medical care, psychological care, medication, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session, join our membership, or use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You must provide accurate and complete information when booking or purchasing our services. Visions Reiki reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing, or interests of the client, practitioner, or community.

3. Your Participation and Responsibility

By booking a session, joining our membership, or using our content, you acknowledge that:

• Your participation is voluntary and of your own free will.

• It is your responsibility to decide whether you need professional medical, psychological, counseling, or therapeutic services, and to seek them as needed.

• Reiki is not a substitute for professional or medical treatment.

• You accept full responsibility for your own physical, psychological, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing, and for your decisions and actions before, during, and after any session or use of our content.

• You will tell your practitioner about anything you believe may be relevant to your safety or participation.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Visions Reiki LLC and its owners, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, known or unknown, arising from or connected with your participation in Reiki sessions, the membership, or any Visions Reiki content, including any information provided or statements made during a session, in a Reiki Report, or in membership content. This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence. It applies to you and to your heirs, executors, and legal representatives.

5. In-Person Session Agreement

In-person clients are asked to sign a separate Energy Healing Confidentiality and Release Agreement before their session. If anything in that signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that session.

6. Booking and Appointments

When booking a Reiki session or other service:

• You agree to provide accurate booking information.

• You are responsible for selecting the correct service and appointment time.

• Please arrive or be available at the scheduled time.

• Appointments may be subject to availability.

• A booking may not be considered confirmed until confirmation has been provided by Visions Reiki or its booking system.

For remote sessions, you are responsible for having a suitable phone connection, device, and private environment where reasonably possible.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide reasonable advance notice of at least 48 hours so an appointment can be offered to another client. With at least 48 hours notice, your deposit may be applied to a future session.

Please note:

• A deposit is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your session.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

• Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged in accordance with the applicable booking policy, resulting in the loss of your deposit.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Any specific cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking will also apply.

8. Payments and Fees

All prices displayed by Visions Reiki are subject to change unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be required:

• At the time of booking to reserve your session/appointment

• After session completion, less the deposit already paid

• Through an approved payment provider

• According to the payment terms communicated for a specific program or membership

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your transaction.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service or product purchased. Unless otherwise stated:

• Completed Reiki sessions are generally non-refundable.

• Digital products or materials may be non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

• Membership cancellation and refund terms are covered in Section 13.

• Refund requests will be reviewed according to the applicable purchase terms and circumstances.

Where required by applicable law, statutory consumer rights will not be limited by this policy.

10. Reiki and Wellness Disclaimer

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice. Visions Reiki makes no guarantee that a Reiki session or related service will produce a particular physical, emotional, spiritual, or other outcome. Individual experiences may vary. Nothing provided through our sessions, website, courses, membership, communications, or educational materials should be interpreted as:

• Medical advice

• Psychological or psychiatric advice

• Diagnosis of a health condition

• Medical treatment

• A substitute for professional healthcare

• Legal, financial or personal advice

If you have a medical, psychological, or other health concern, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. If you experience a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately.

11. Online/Remote Sessions

For remote Reiki sessions, you understand that:

• Technical interruptions may occur.

• Cell phone/internet connectivity may affect the quality of the portion of the session done via phone.

• You are responsible for maintaining a suitable environment for participation.

• Visions Reiki is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, software, or third-party platforms.

Where technically possible, Visions Reiki may attempt to reschedule a session substantially disrupted by technical issues.

12. Messages, Guidance, and Reiki Reports

During a session, your practitioner may share intuitive messages, impressions, or guidance, and remote clients receive a written Reiki Report. These reflect your practitioner's intuitive interpretation of the session. They are not predictions, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. How you interpret and act on them is your choice and your responsibility.

13. Membership

Our membership provides access to digital Reiki content, which may include meditations, recordings, written materials, and other resources. The membership does not include live calls or in-person sessions.

• Billing. Paid memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis, starting on the date you join.

• Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically each month, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time through your member account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges.

• After you cancel. You keep access through the end of your current paid month. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months.

• Price changes. If the monthly price changes, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply to your next billing cycle. You may cancel before then.

• Changes to content. Membership content may be added, updated, or removed over time.

Membership access is for you only. Please do not share your login.

14. Educational and Spiritual Content

Visions Reiki may provide educational, spiritual, personal-development, meditation, Reiki, or wellness-related content. This content is provided for informational and educational purposes.

Your participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for determining whether any practice, exercise, teaching, or activity is appropriate for you.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content provided by Visions Reiki is owned by or licensed to Visions Reiki.

This may include:

• Logos and branding, website content, written materials, courses, videos, audio recordings, guides and workbooks, graphics, photographs, downloadable materials and reiki-related educational resources

You may use purchased or provided materials only for your personal, non-commercial use unless written permission is provided. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, modify, upload, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.

16. Community Conduct

If you participate in a Visions Reiki community, membership, group, workshop, or online space, you agree to treat other participants, practitioners, instructors, and community members respectfully.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others

• Engage in discriminatory or abusive behavior

• Share another participant's private information without permission

• Disrupt sessions or community activities

• Use the community for unauthorized commercial solicitation

• Impersonate another person

• Engage in unlawful activity

Visions Reiki reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to a community or program when these standards are violated.

17. Confidentiality

What you share in a session is confidential. We will disclose it only if required by law, if you direct us to do so, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or others, or to report suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult. 18. Testimonials and Reviews

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, photograph, video, or other feedback to Visions Reiki for promotional purposes, you grant Visions Reiki permission to use that material according to the permission you provided. We will not publicly identify you by name or use identifiable personal information for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

19. Text Messages

If you opt in to text messages when booking, you will receive appointment confirmations and reminders. Consent to texts is optional and is not a condition of booking. See our SMS Terms for details.

20. Website Use

You agree to use the Visions Reiki website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

• Introduce malicious software

• Interfere with website functionality

• Copy website content for unauthorized commercial use

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary.

21. Third-Party Services

Visions Reiki may use third-party platforms for:

• Scheduling

• Payments

• Email communication

• Website hosting

• Video conferencing

• Membership management

• Analytics

• Marketing

Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies.

Visions Reiki is not responsible for the independent policies, practices, availability, or performance of third-party services.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Visions Reiki will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website, services, programs, or materials. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23. No Guarantee of Results

Visions Reiki does not guarantee any particular result from Reiki sessions, courses, memberships, spiritual practices, wellness programs, or educational materials. Results and experiences vary from person to person.

Your participation does not create a guarantee, promise, or representation that a particular outcome will occur.

24. Changes to Services

Visions Reiki may modify, suspend, or discontinue a service, program, membership, website feature, or other offering at any time. Where reasonably appropriate, we will provide notice of significant changes affecting existing customers or members.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute should first be addressed directly with Visions Reiki in good faith before pursuing other available remedies.

27. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining parts stay in full force and effect.
