Preparing for Your Session
Before your session:
Take a few moments to reflect on any intentions, questions, or concerns you would like to explore.
I will call you at the phone number you provided when I am ready to begin your session. Our conversation is an important part of the Remote Reiki experience, allowing us to explore your intentions, questions, and concerns while receiving Reiki's wisdom, guidance, and perspective.
After our call, the Reiki session will continue as the energy unfolds. You do not need to be mentally focused on the session for Reiki to flow. It will continue regardless of what you are doing. For the fullest benefit, I recommend spending this time in a quiet, receptive state. You may choose to sit quietly, meditate, rest, journal, or take a peaceful walk while allowing the Reiki to move through you. Many people experience a deep sense of peace and relaxation during this time.
After your session:
Drink plenty of water and allow yourself time to rest, reflect, and integrate your experience. Reiki's messages, insights, and guidance often continue to unfold in the hours and days that follow.
Your Reiki Report:
Following your session, I will prepare a written Reiki Report describing the energy exchanges, releases, clearings, and messages that came through during your session. Once the report is complete, it will be emailed directly to you.
Please keep an eye on your inbox for its arrival.
Additional Notes:
Please arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your session.
A $50 deposit is collected at the time of booking to reserve your session and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment and may be paid by credit or debit card, cash, or check.

Cancellation Policy:
I am happy to serve you and do my best to accommodate your schedule. I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, the following cancellation policy is in place:
A deposit is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your session.
If your plans change, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance so I have the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be applied to a future session.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the loss of your deposit.
